Critical Choices
The mixed name tags are automatic
Helen and Nova switch the incorrect tags during dialogue. There is no player decision that raises a French level or unlocks a hidden answer.
Route endings must stay separate
Cain's night visit and Abel's Yuta confession belong to different main-route accounts. Do not combine them into one recommended sequence.
The illustration is optional
Don't unlock (Keep Playing) completes the chapter and unlocks Chapter 19 without spending 150 blood currency.

Work route
01Interview and French Test
Nova and Helen enter the same group interview after the staff accidentally swap their name tags. The switch is automatic dialogue, not a player choice. Helen's experience and the six recorded French answers let both applicants pass, after which they agree to work different shifts.
The tray test only asks the player to hold on until the timer ends. A few dropped items are part of the animation and do not require restarting.

02The Locked Drawer
Florian notices Nova's locked drawer and decides not to open it. Cain and Abel immediately do the opposite, using hairpins to force it open and finding photographs and gifts connected to Nova's former partner.
The scene establishes the privacy breach before the group moves into Us Among and the unresolved José case.
Route split
03Us Among, Yuta, and the Night Visit
After the minigame, Maya asks who everyone believes the killer was. Abel explains that José was washing his hands when Abel entered the bathroom and was already down when Abel left the stall. Harper remains suspicious, although the two later agree to move forward.
On the Abel route, Abel enters Nova's room at night and reveals that Yuta, a prison guard, ordered his family's murder. Nova can CONFESS that she stabbed Florian. This is separate from the historical Cain night scene, where Cain hears footsteps near Nova's room and stays with her.
