Coverage & Verification

Record dated September 9, 2026Build 2.0.0.52English
  • Main route completed — Nova, Florian teammate path, Abel in the tug-of-war event
  • Separate September replays verify opposing-team distraction and the teammate Gaslight follow-up
  • Abel tug-of-war won with Fast Mode off and mouse clicks; Cain no-input loss continued normally
  • Listed ordinary choice alternatives have results; optional 150-gem illustration not purchased

30-second route

Quick Route

  1. 1
    Stand up for him

For the goal of publicly supporting Abel, respond to the boxing spectators' insult.

  2. 2
Let the boxing scene finish → Hug him

The match is automatic in the record. The hug after Abel's fake-photo explanation is welcomed.

  3. 3

September 9 completed replay — Florian teammate

In your team → Fart → Gaslight Florian → I'll walk on my own

Follow the September 9 teammate path that later completed Abel’s rope activity manually. These are dialogue choices; the intervening shooting is story action.

  4. 4
Abel → turn Fast Mode off → click repeatedly in the rope scene

The September 9 replay clicked near the right-hand white character and reached the explicit victory dialogue. The original green-arrow skip remains an alternative for continuing.

  5. 5
    Abel wins

This matches the original and September 9 manual-event replay prediction, but Cain wins in the narration. For a correct prediction, the separate Cain-event replay records Cain wins → BetCorrect; that is not the original path.

  6. 6
    Don't unlock (Keep Playing)

At Unlock the Chapter 5 illustration?, continue without spending 150 gems. The prompt's chapter number is incorrect.

Before you choose

Critical Choices

Choose one paintball branch

In your team opens the butt/fart joke and Florian's hand offer. Against opens hiding, distraction, and shooting-at-noises choices. The separate opposing-team replay uses Against → Hide in the bushes → I'll be fine; it cannot be inserted into the teammate route.

The prediction does not choose the race winner

Abel wins and the earlier Florian wins replay are followed by Cain's victory. Cain wins is the correct prediction in the separately recorded Cain-event replay, which records BetCorrect. A changed prediction is not proof of a changed race result.

Skip the optional art to continue free

Don't unlock (Keep Playing) reaches the chapter menu. The prompt says Unlock the Chapter 5 illustration? while playing Chapter 8. Unlock for 150 gems was not purchased, and its art or possible bonuses are unverified.

The opening is not a confirmed character death

The exaggerated opening rejection sequence gives way to Sports Day and Abel's later appearances. It is not evidence of a bad ending caused by your Chapter 7 trust answer.

Blocking interactions

Minigame Help

Boxing and paintball — story actions

Reach Abel's reconciliation and the end of the selected paintball branch.

Controls

Click the normal dialogue choices and continue the story. No manual boxing menu or aiming control appears in the preserved main-route record.

Exact sequence

  1. 01At the boxing venue, select Stand up for him if following the main route, then let Abel's match against Joshua play out.
  2. 02Select Hug him after the photo explanation.
  3. 03For the teammate path, choose In your team, then Look at Florian's butt and Take it when those prompts appear.
  4. 04For the separate opposing-team replay, choose Against, then Hide in the bushes and I'll be fine. Do not wait for teammate-only prompts on this path.

Success signal

Boxing returns to the photo conversation; the teammate paintball scene ends with chocolate medals and the story moves toward Maya and Harper.

If it fails

No failed match or manual retry sequence is preserved for these story scenes. Continue through the selected branch rather than searching for an undocumented attack button.

Easy to miss

The characters shooting is narration in the recorded path. The two paintball choice lists apply to different teams.

Evidence

August 27 Chapter 8 transcript, boxing and teammate paintball; September 8 opposing-team clicks.

Known boundary

No alternate manual combat mechanics or affection totals are established by these records.

Tug-of-war — Abel manual victory and a tested skip

Win the recorded Abel event, then continue to the separate race prediction.

Controls

With Fast Mode off, repeatedly click the game area near the white character on the right. The tested point was x=980, y=550 in the 1280×720 frame.

Exact sequence

  1. 01Choose Abel at the event partner prompt and turn Fast Mode off before advancing the pre-match dialogue.
  2. 02When the four characters holding a rope appear, repeatedly click near the right-hand white character.
  3. 03Stop when normal dialogue returns. The replay showed (I didn’t even have to pull that hard...), then (He did it all...), then Come on, let’s go show off our victory.
  4. 04Continue to I'm sure that... for the later race prediction; this is separate from tug-of-war.

Success signal

Come on, let’s go show off our victory. explicitly confirms the Abel event win, without using Fast Mode during the activity.

If it fails

A Cain run with no timely input showed Oh. We lost. and still continued normally to the race and chapter menu. No immediate retry was shown. The original Abel run also verifies the green Fast Mode arrow as a skip if you just want to continue.

Easy to miss

Do not confuse the green skip with a manual win. The recorded batch had 20 clicks over roughly four seconds, but some may have advanced the resulting dialogue; 20 is not an established requirement.

Evidence

September 9 browser replay: Abel rope frame, manual result and explicit victory screenshots; Cain no-input loss and completed chapter menu. Original August transcript separately records the skip.

Known boundary

This verifies the clicked Abel route. Abel with no input and manual wins with Cain or Florian were not tested, so repeated clicking is not claimed as the only way to win. Touch devices and exact click thresholds remain unverified.

Abel tug-of-war with the white player character at right and Fast Mode off

Relationship context

Florian Teammate, Opposing Team & Shared Events

  • Common story: the fake-photo discussion and the boxing sequence precede the paintball team choice. Stand up for him → Hug him reproduces the recorded reconciliation with Abel; it is not a permanent romance lock.
  • Florian teammate: In your team → Look at Florian's butt → Take it. Fart opens a different follow-up before the hand offer. Those branches must not be combined with the opposing-team hiding choices.
  • Against Florian: Against → Hide in the bushes → I'll be fine is the separate September replay sequence. Each selected response is recorded, but that log does not independently document a complete second playthrough of every event.
  • Chapter 7's trust conversation and Chapter 6's phone conflict provide context for Chapter 8. No test establishes Yes in Chapter 7 as a required unlock for the Chapter 8 hug.
  • Abel, Florian, and Cain are tug-of-war event selections. The later I'm sure that... node predicts a race; it is not the result selector for tug-of-war.
Story Guide
01

Opening and reconciliation

The Photo Rumour and Abel's Trust

The opening imagines Abel rejecting the protagonist over the leaked image, followed by an exaggerated, distressing sequence. The story then moves into Sports Day, where Abel is alive and competing. The opening should not be recorded as a confirmed death or as a player-triggered bad ending.

At the boxing venue, spectators insult Abel and his body. The protagonist can intervene before his bout against Joshua. After the match, Abel explains that the circulated image is a crude AI fake. He says he trusts the protagonist and cares about what she thinks of him. The recorded hug resolves her anxiety in this scene; it does not guarantee that hugs will be welcome in later chapters.

02

Two paintball branches

Florian's Paintball Match

On the teammate path, the protagonist and Florian stay toward the rear of the woods. Her shot hits foliage; Florian handles the opposing team, and they leave for chocolate medals. These shots occur in the recorded story presentation. The guide does not invent an aiming sequence or a keyboard combat menu.

Choosing Against opens a different set of tactical dialogue choices. The September replay hides in the bushes and responds to the paint hit with I'll be fine. It verifies those responses, while September 9 adds the distraction and injured-leg responses. Another September 9 replay selects Start shooting at noises and narrates the team firing around the bushes. Florian's competence is part of the story in either branch; a personal relationship or permanent route selection is not established by the team choice.

03

Maya, Harper, and the ending

Tug-of-War, the Race, and the Mislabelled Illustration

Maya introduces Harper, a Biomedical Science student, and the two take part in tug-of-war. On the recorded Abel branch, he deliberately keeps the protagonist beside him so she does not interrupt Maya and Harper. The original run skipped the rope activity with Fast Mode. A September 9 Abel replay instead clicked repeatedly near the white player character with Fast Mode off and reached the explicit victory line. Cain’s no-input loss also continued normally.

Later, the protagonist predicts the race winner. The original choice was Abel wins, while the following narration reports Cain's victory. The later replay's Cain wins entry records BetCorrect, resolving the old guide's claim that this answer was still untested. Sports Day then ends with Emily's continued provocation and an optional illustration prompt that incorrectly calls itself Chapter 5. Skipping the art returns to the coloured Chapter 8 completion card.

Evidence & Coverage Notes

  • Main-route source: August 27 Chapter 8 transcript and screenshots 03–15, Nova's original account. The completed path uses In your team, Abel at the event, and Keep Playing at the illustration.
  • The August 28–29 audit adds Florian wins and later Cain wins; the latter records BetCorrect. The old chapter guide still said Cain wins had not been tested, so this page follows the later explicit replay entry.
  • The September 8 log directly verifies Stand up for him, Hug him, Against, Hide in the bushes, I'll be fine, Florian, Abel wins, and the free illustration skip. Those are individual responses from a replay, not an independently completed second romance route.
  • September 9 adds Not meddle, Thank him, Prepare a distraction, No my legs hurt ~uwu~, Cain, Fart, Gaslight Florian and I’ll walk on my own. The Abel rope activity was won with Fast Mode off. Start shooting at noises and Embrace the fart were also clicked with their immediate dialogue retained; those two short tests returned through settings rather than completing another full route. No paid art was opened. The displayed version is from the September 8 log, not independently reread in this replay.
  • The coloured Chapter 8 card and the subsequent Chapter 9 playthrough confirm free continuation. No chapter completion claim here depends on buying the illustration.
